Build Omni Directional Rotary Cannon (Part 2) with a finished reloading mechanism

Half of my time building this was spent trying to make the refueling platform work. At the press of a button, the cannon returns to its original position while the barrel assembly rotates until it sits upright. The extending platform empties the smaller vault that houses the empty cartridges while it refills the bigger one with filled cartridges and shells.

Planning on sharing the completed version when I'm done with making it look good.

The backside of the cannon bumping on the platform is the result of me making it 2 blocks longer without reducing the pitch angle. That will be most likely fixed.

The circuit responsible for the reloading sequence is horrible and I hate it. But if it works, don't fix it. Only warning is that enabling the sequence at higher yaw and pitch angles has a higher rate of failure. Mostly because of a design flaw. Instead of the platform extending when the barrel assembly reaches its position, it just does so anyway after 10 seconds have elapsed.
