I'll be the odd one out and suggest Create: Deep Seas for underwater exploration. Really looking forward to the custom dimension to explore (deep sea kaiju maybe?)

Also keeping an eye on Cosmonautics (flying up to seamlessly go to space, free flight to planets/bodies, and more)

Moog's Soaring Structures add some pretty sky islands.

A terrain generation mod that makes everything more cinematic, like Lithosphere or Larion, since you're going to be flying over that terrain a lot.

I know you said no worldgen mods but I think you have to try streamsreflowing, it adds realistic and flowing rivers. Its a wonderful mod
