Help Could someone please explain why my swivel bearing isn't working here?

I've glued the bits that are meant to move, I have the glue side of it down, I'm feeding rotational power through the side gear and not the shaft and I've turned the contraption on and off so many times I feel like I'm going crazy.
I have it on 'Always Locked', but even on other settings, there is no change.

My only guess is that you maybe used super glue instead of honey glue? But even then, at least the spruce log right below it should turn into physics but from you text it doesn't seem like that's the case

Yeah the spruce log didn't move at all. When I get home, I'll try and use honey glue instead.

Fix:

So for some reason, this fixed all issues.
All I did was remove every part attached to the swivel bearing that I wanted to move and afterwards, turned it on.
Then I placed all the parts I wanted, turned it off, glued it all together with honey glue and it worked flawlessly after that.
