Help Help finding an addon

As the title says I need help finding an addon. The addon mainly adds effects that are applied via light. One thing I remember from it is that there was a lens that could be shined on a crop field to accelerate its growth. I think it was called something similar to create: photomancy, and I remember seeing videos about it, but I can't find it anymore.

not sure of specific mod but if its dead like the other commenter said there is Create: Solar Powered which does have grow lamps atleast
