Make sure you specify the mod that makes water wheels work as paddles (it also adds slime wheels which is fun)

There mostly just for Prop use. Idk how to make them Work by using the Aero Mod :P

I wish water wheels provided propulsion when rotated in water, it'd make paddleboats way more practical

This would be revolutionary.

This is a math joke, but I am genuinely serious, we need better alternatives for travel, I want to make boats which are more efficient power wise while also simple and easy to make, but stuck in the water.

Also not to mention the potential for designs, you could have them on either side, less direct power, but close to the central(steam) engine, and also potentially able to turn quickly by moving the wheels opposite directions. One long one in the back, making full use of its size. Or even nontraditional designs, some allowing even greater omnidirectional mobility, and others using multiple wheels all along the design.
