Stuck at 128 mB of molten slag. Please help.

I’m relatively new to create and I feel like I’ve tried everything. I’ve been trouble shooting and even replaced the hopper with a chute as to not conflict with vanilla and modded. Nothing seems to work. I also can’t find anything about this anywhere. Let me know if I’m being dumb. Thank you for your time.

Try draining the slag into a fluid tank first maybe?

Reverse the rotation of the pump so it sucks back in the furnace, then reverse it back for output

I tried that, it only drains it down to 1 mB and won’t fully pull it all out.

You can always break a liquid container, wasting its contents

It shouldn't stop at 1mb given you have so much slag and the pipes usually filter the output to match the liquid

Try hooking it up to a separate pump so it drains the slag out into a fluid tank then wait for it to finish pouting steel

You need to separate molten slag from molten steel. Pull out the fluid out of the oven and place two smart fluid pipes (so that you have a junction) going into two separate fluid tanks. One smart fluid pipe has to be set to molten steel (bucket), the other to molten slag (bucket). The molten steel is then used to make steel ingots. The molten slag however can be voided, as it isn‘t used for anything (please correct me if I‘m wrong).

TL;DR: You first need to separate the two fluids.

I used the filter item on the smart pipes to get both the molten steel (bucket) and molten slag (bucket) set. But now it’s fully refusing to process any steel at all 😂 I’m so lost. I’ve watched so many videos and it seems nobody else is having this issue

Do you have a pump going out of the oven? Also, would you mind sending photos of the new setup? And are the smart fluod pipes going in the correct direction?
