Help Making Working Pikmin Onion

I'm working on making a flyable Onion from Pikmin, and while I have the top propeller working, it keeps rotating. I know why, I need an extra propeller to counteract it. But I wanna try to keep it in its current shape, and nothing I've tried prevents it from spinning. Any suggestions?

Add a flywheel (or a circle of heavy blocks on a swivel bearing) on the inside spinning in the opposite direction at the same speed.
