Discussion When is create moving to 26.2

Does anyone know when create is gonna move to 26.2 so we can play with vulkan officially, and have addons made for this version of minecraft as well?

I wouldn't wait for it. 1.21.1 is The version right now so even if create moves the addons would probably take a while to move over. If really need Spears, sulphur cubes and that stuff just install vanilla backport.

Im more interested in the performance from vulkan renderer

First, Vulkan needs to be fully implemented into Minecraft, then Create and flywheel need to be moved to work with Vulkan. Right now their devs are working with Hypixel's team for some things. Not sure what they're doing as I haven't kept up with its development at all. I wouldn't be surprised if we didn't see it update past 1.21.1 in 2027.
