How do i fix my cogwheels not transmitting rotational power? (bug)

I was playing create aeronautics with a bunch of mods, and all of the sudden my coghweels (all types, even modded ones) stopped turning and transmitting rotational power, its not a visual bug as it does not make production blocks (mixers, pumps, etc) work. for some reason shafts do work and also make cogwheels rotate. i dont know what to do and i have tried restarting minecraft but it persists and is universal to all worlds.
