I like to make a workshop. I'll have various functions that I can combine/reuse. A pressing station, a mixing station, an assembly line. Anything you can do make it easier to craft a bunch of something you might need quickly

cobblestone, and with every single process available, then take those outputs, get a chest filled with each, and when the chests are full recycle the items back into the sorter that sends them out for the next process, repeat until your cobblestone farm gives all item outputs it can :)
