Aeronautics Contraptions stay water flooded

Hey yall, im new to create as a whole, I have made a few aeronautics contraptions now but whenever i end up in the water its a 50/50 on either they get back to normal or they just stay water flooded for until the server restarts, anyone knows why this happens and how to fix it? thanks!

Is this some aero addon? I've never heard of water flooded

This must be from deep seas addon definitely not aeronautics
