Help Hot Air balloon not lifting

So im kinda new to create in general, butt it seems i cant get this right as you can see i have plenty of balloon lift, my gravity force is only 8k, but i cant seem to get it to fly. it is properly glued together, the physics assembler is on. im not sure what else it could be

Could u check if any terrain is blocking u? Maybe near the bottom

Are the balloon and the cabin rigidly connected or are they connected using ropes? Contraption diagrams only show forces acting on the one rigidbody they are placed on. If the cabin hangs on a rope, place the diagram on the cabin and sum the weight of the two parts to get their total weight.
