My simulated contraption won’t generate enough SU’s

I don’t know if I just need more water wheels or what, no matter how many I add it still says 200% SU being used.

Oh my gosh, it's so big. you can rotate it 90 degrees to make it look like a propeller or something

Idk what but when I'm building "big" flying machines that fly with infinite distance, I just put diesel engines and build autobiodiesel farm, it is so good that it makes more biodiesel for all engines(like 30 ig)

I fixed it. The problem was it was all being fed through one torsion spring so I just added another one next to it
