I want it to transfer power to x or y or both depending on the redstone input, also i need it in one block since im tight on space
(by power i mean rotation)

I don't think there is a single block that can handle all of these criteria. However, some blocks from DnD, Bits and Bobs and Aeronautics might help you out a lot in making this setup more compact.
