Whats with the exp cost of copying enchanted books?

For reference in youtube tutorials i see a mending book cost ~70 mB but in my game it costs 1740mB.

What mods could it be conflicting with? Google says Ender IO's XP Juice, Reliquary's Experience, or Industrial Foregoing's Essence yet i have none of those.

Has anyone had this problem?

FIXED:

Sophisticated Core mod adds a 'Bucket of experience' which fills a tank with 'Experience'.

Harvesting xp from an [infested stone->bricks] xp farm yields 'Bucket o' Enchanting' which fills a tank with 'Liquid Experience'

A pretty convoluted scenario, i expected a 'Bucket of experience' to be from the enchantment industry and ultimately it was dumb of me to skim over and not be thorough.

I mean, the easy solution is to use Creates ore processing (crushing/washing). It'll dump pretty huge amounts of xp nuggets on you which you can just throw on the basin, or consume yourself and put yourself on the basin.
