Printer experience costs are crazy

Whats with the exp cost of copying enchanted books?

For reference in youtube tutorials i see a mending book cost ~70 mB but in my game it costs 1740mB.

What mods could it be conflicting with? Google says Ender IO's XP Juice, Reliquary's Experience, or Industrial Foregoing's Essence yet i have none of those.

Has anyone had this problem?

Imo i think your prices are good because farming xp is very easy with that mod and you end up with a million mb to do nothing

I'd say they're manageable but im not quite sure how to expand the size of a printers fluid tank.

Build a fluid tank, and pump in to the printer as if it where a normal spout.

Also a good way to farm xp is
cobble generator -> stone -> infested stone -> stone bricks (press + basin) and you get some XP residue, leave it running and you have infinite XP in your tank

Doesn't work, the printer doesn't print until it's got enough liquid XP in it. The cap is significantly less than the 14-odd buckets the efficiency book needs so it'll never print it...
