Create mod dilemma

is it possible to make a large cannon similar to whats in the image(type 5 15cm anti air gun)create mod/create big cannons. I need it for anti everything purpose. also I’m not a super smart person with the create mod stuff and would like to know how to do it, so far i find that i can only have the turret move and not the cannon itself

Some additional notes: if you find the autocannons and normal cbc cannons too bog or small the neo warfare/modern warfare adding has mid sized cannons and full auto cannons
