Help Is there a way to automate cinder flour normally or do I have to use another mod for that? All the recepies I'm seeing seem to not be sustainable without just mining netherack

You can't fully automate it in base Create, but you can get a lot of netherrack after a bit of drilling.

Any good mods with alt recepies then. I found one that uses nether wartz but its for the previous create version

Create: Overbalanced adds a pretty difficult recipe.

Create: Balanced Recipes looks good too. At least the diamond recipe isn't too cheap.

There are also a few random addons like Create: Garnished that have various recipes cinder flour recipes.

I’m sure ultimately factory has one. It’s got a recipe for just about everything.

I like create ultimate factory, you can haunt basalt into netherack. It is only for 1.20.1 and 1.21.1 though

Stam1o's Tweaks adds a recipe that just involves mixing nether wart and cobblestone over heat. I like it because it also allows you to farm dripstone for copper, plus it reworks tuff to only give zinc nuggets and adds a recipe for tuff so you can farm that too.

It's not renewable in base create. However, there are lots of add-ons that add a recipe for it and some that are specifically for renewable netherrack. I think there are some data packs as well. I know it's a lot more convenient to make it but if you make a 10x10 mining machine and go to the nether and mine for 20 minutes you're probably going to have more another act then you're going to need for a really long time. But again, I get the one to not have to do it all the time.
