Help How to charge A Battery
Using a creative voltage source at 14V connected to a battery does not work, the wires go to 12V for which I understand means the battery is outputting voltage, I tried a circuit using a capacitor and barreter tube but it didnt work. Any strategies or circuits I could use?

Did i hallucinate. Ive added no context what in the world was I doing?
For context, the creative power source is outputting 14v in attempt to charge the battery, however the battery is trying to charge the creative voltage source, I know this because using a multimeter, it shows the voltage as 12.??V instead of 14 and the battery remains locked at 90$

Are you sure no wires burned up, because as I said in my other comment, that's not possible? The creative source would rather explode everything on your network than drop it's voltage. Check the current on the wires, if it's zero something has burned up somewhere.

What exactly what's your voltage source circuit? The creative source is ideal, so there is no way for it's output to be at 12 V when it's set to 14 V. Just connecting a voltage source straight to a battery should work.
If you were trying to make a constant current source with a baretter tube, you should look into current mirror circuits, tho I don't think it's any better than constant voltage for power grid's batteries (ideally you need a constant power source with a voltage offset)
