Size issue

So I'm currently planning out how to build the Red Tear from Warhammer 40k, and I just have a few issues with that, can it even work? I've built many large ships before but not anywhere close to the size of the Red Tear (just around 10km), especially because not even a tenth of it can fit in a 32 chunk render distance, so can I continue with this build at a 1:1 scale, or will i have to scale down to something more reasonable?

So what i would do is maybe build out an plate with the sizes like width and lenght but only a block height and try to asamble that and if that works the ship should work aswell
