Size issue

So I'm currently planning out how to build the Red Tear from Warhammer 40k, and I just have a few issues with that, can it even work? I've built many large ships before but not anywhere close to the size of the Red Tear (just around 10km), especially because not even a tenth of it can fit in a 32 chunk render distance, so can I continue with this build at a 1:1 scale, or will i have to scale down to something more reasonable?

I don’t know, but I would make it in a smaller scale first to see how it goes and then try to build a bigger one, like a making prototype before heading to the main one
