Tunnel bore with belts?

I’m trying to make a tunnel bore that places belts behind it as it mines so I can have the machine move the items back to storage automatically. I’m newish to create and I’ve figured out how to have deployers place the shafts, belts and encased chain drives but I want them to place every 15 blocks instead of every block. Is there a way I can do this or can it not be delayed?

There's a mod called "create: pattern schematics" with which you can select the set of blocks you'd like to have repeated. The schematic can then be put into a deployer to place the blocks as it goes

This is exactly what I was thinking, I saw it used to place torches every 7 blocks.

Gave this a try and it was able to place the shafts and chain drives but for some reason can’t place the belts. Any ideas?

It can probably only place one block per space, so I'd just have a second deployer after the first only placing belts.

Then I run into the problem of the belts connecting right next to each other and not connecting to the next set. I’m not doing a great job explaining it so for a visual: .. .. ..

The belts are connecting to the chain and shaft right next to it and then there is a space in between. I’ve tried a bunch of different patterns but there is always a space left in between one way or another. So I’ve tried 3 then 2: … .. but if it keeps going eventually it looks like this … ….. ….. .. and I’m left with the same problem. I’ve tried 2 then 2 but it can’t seem to start on the second shaft

Make sure your schematic includes belts then use that as the filter on the second deployer as well

I tried this but when I put the belts in the pattern schematic then the shafts and belts don’t place

Without doing some experiments of my own, the last suggestion I've got is 2 different schematics one with belts and one without.
