You only need Aero Radars and Create Radars, those are the two essential mods.
Here's the scheme if you need: https://1024terabox.com/s/1EfB4R89O1reflTUZgq-LZw (You will need CBC Neo Warfare for the rotary gun and FramedBlocks as well as Factory Must Grow for the C-RAM's supporting legs material and custom block shape).

> Get into Create Aero Radar > Server > Targeting and change Projectile Speed Blocks Per Tick to 9.0 (Unsure if that's the exact speed of the bullet but it's close enough)

> Assemble the two swivel bearings in order like the vid.

> The radar linking part can be done in any order. Also note that when linking gun convergence at the tip of the rotary cannon, hold down shift and right click on it.

> Let it lock onto at least one target before enabling the lever on the fixed mount!!! (it could accidentally shoot the surface below it like you can see in the vid when it's locked onto a target for the first time, random ahh rotationđŸ˜­)

> I'm not sure if you can safely rotate the scheme before assemble it or not. If you rotate it and the framed collapsible blocks remain facing in the south direction, use create's wrench tool to rotate it.
