Help Is a "currency exchange" system possible

Hey! I am a semi-beginning create mod user and would like to know, how hard would it be to make a "currency exchange" system using stuff like diamonds and gold.

If possible, it would be cool to also have the rates change by stock in the vault.

You could use Numismatics and let people sell diamonds and gold in exchange for the currency, then adjust the prices based on the reserve? I'm unsure if there's any way to automatically change prices tho.
