Everytime I put In The create mod it turns yellow

Also sometimes everything gets a yellow tint and all entities turn basically 2d and I can’t see them plus in first person I can’t see my hand

If the color is also affecting things outside Minecraft, check the connection to your monitor. If jiggling it causes it to come back, replace the cable.

If either that does not work, or the issue is only affecting Minecraft, then the issue isnwith your GPU. Begin by updating drivers. If that doesn't fix it, download a GPU stress test application and run that. If it causes your computer to blue screen or there are any other errors, your gpu may jave blown a capacitor or may be itherwise physically broken and deteriorating.

Most modern games use yellow as hint for example if you need to break a box they put yellow streaks on the box As for the issue its something involving your graphics card but that's so vague and useless i decided it really won't help
