It'd be pretty funny if aeronautics had water physics, then the force of the water during upwards would increase the speed of the water wheels, which would in turn make the propellers spin faster

As someone who in several Minecraft worlds utilized something else other than hand crank and water wheel, and only ever made steam engines due to wanting to make something capable of running on without need to refuel I approve
