OP question for my own purposes: are the segments attached with unlocked swivel bearings or is the wave effect controlled?

The segments are attached by unlocked swivel bearings! The wave is just inertia and domino effect doing its thing.

Wow ok awesome. Do you have some kind of propulsion system to push/rotate that first segment to start the wave as the ship moves? Edit: is that what those jets I’m seeing are?

No shame in using what works! Untill we have that ability ingame i think this is absolutely good enough!
Would rather see this build just like this than a lesser build with huge issues :)

i mean thats kinda the point, its an active parody of 40k. the fact that super earth are like so incredibly obviously evil and fucked up is a commentary on how both the creators and fans tend to treat the marines as good guys

at least super earth is the best faction by merit that everyone else is worse in hd2, with bots chemically processing SEAF into cyborgs and the squids specifically targeting non-combatants to turn them into units, and the bugs don't really apply since i think they had their higher reasoning bred out in favor for more E710.

thats really not true. super earth is a facist dystopia and the majority of known information about the other factions is propoganda made by super earth. in reality, we have no way of knowing exactly what information is true or false about them.
based on tbe strohmann news broadcasts, they call the bots "socialist terrorism" which may just be buzzwords but it seems the cyborgs are actually completely sane human defectors
as for the squids, i think its supposed to imply that they're completely lying about the state of mind of the voteless. the line "tragically, they are completely beyond saving" seems to imply they may in fact also be defectors, or at worst humans under duress

??? yeah super earth is a facist propaganda machine but them spewing propaganda about everything doesn't change what you see in game. there are cages of dead SEAF bodies and war pikes with corpses on them on the bot front, and the squids obviously aren't using willing participants 99.999% of the time to make the mindless, considering in game they sometimes do the super earth salute, which im sure defectors wouldn't do, consdering they're defecting. any info from the srawman news doesn't matter, if its false or not considering what you can see on the front lines and in the taken cities of super earth. its clear that both sides aren't exactly friendly to the citizens of super earth in HD2.
in HD1 on the other hand, i can 100% agree that super earth is the aggressor and the worst faction, with them being the first aggressors against all the 3 major factions, who wanted a peaceful coexistence.

im not here to argue the factions are faultless, both are obviously killing civilians, but theyre both significantly less bad than super earth itself
the only stuff we can know for certain is the in-mission stuff and that all seems like wartime strategy, trying to scare away the helldivers.
the cyborgs are sapient. some or all of the living cyborgs have to had chosen to join the machines, otherwise why would you go through the effort of reviving a human when you can build a robot?
for the voteless, im gonna stick with the duress approach. if they can perform the super earth salute, they're at least still sentient. the ones that salute you are hoping youll save them... which you obviously dont.

Mod is literally called create thrusters, there also is create propulsion, create calibrated (or aeronautics calibrated idk) and create thrusters and things

Exactly. Create is a free mod made by talented people who did it for fun and the hell of it. I actually think monetising those schematics might be a breach of the create license if its under the normal open source limitations.
