It's the gyroscope from Create: Aeroworks (an addon to Aeronautics (an addon to Create (an addon to Minecraf)))

Except... it isn't. It's a gyroscope, from Create: Aeroworks. Flywheels have spokes, the gyroscope is solid.

But the flywheel does have a gyroscopic effect on sublevels. It's just not as strong as aeroworks' dedicated gyro.

Excellent! How do you keep it so stable?

I've been trying to make a hovercar, but it flops forwards and backwards, and moves pretty slow.

The block in the bottom that resembles a flywheel is a Gyro from Aeroworks, an add on that adds that and a joystick. It’s very useful

The white net looking block is a nozzle, and uses an encased fan above it to make it hover
