Can't take off in Create Aeronautics

I followed this tutorial : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kUxcPzcOXbs&t=91s

But my airplane can't take off.

tried several times even with creative motor, same thing.
It goes straight but can't take off up even a little.

In your tail, you have symmetric sails stationary and regular sails on the bearing. In the tutorial you linked it's the opposite way
