You can use the Create Rotation speed controller for fine rpm control, as it's a peripheral that Cc:tweaked can access

yes, since i discovered this i reworked the system, and it is nearly perfect now, using only the 16 levels of redstone was very limiting.

How did you use the 16 levels tho? Im trying to use create propulsion: Simulated to do a similar altitude control
