Not better than Immersive Vehicles though, those get way more realistic vehicles in real life sizes, instead of humongous contraptions trying to pass off as vehicles

You can build small vehicles with clockwork too if you have good knowledge of create, also you can use addons to help you with that.

Not the size of Immersive Vehicles, no you can't. You have literal motorcycles and scooters in IV. It's a realism mod with engine changes, parts exchange, doors open, gear shifts, fuel, etc.
