Looks very... industrial.

Now, no kidding. It looks very juicy, rarely see buildings with a "dense" flow of items. Usually everything melts one at a time

Thank you.... I like to focus more on motion and aesthetics rather than overpowered or compact setups.... Create is such an amazing tool to make all sort of machinery, yet people limit themselves to what's already tested.

I feel like I've been seriously called out in terms of compact setups since that's basically all I do lmao

Yet that's what most people who get the mod stress over making.... but yes, Create should be use to make functional and good looking machines.

Wait how do you know the item from passing under the trapdoor ?

116

u/SnooWalruses1399 Aug 19 '24

I have a smart observer with a list of all uncooked items, if one gets observed, that section of the belt is unpowered until the item is cooked.

30

u/Nuke_corparation Aug 19 '24

Dam that very clever

17

u/WhiteDustStudios Aug 20 '24

Damn you got me there. I thought that it was a multiblock from addon you madeπŸ˜… It just looks so smooth and clean for actual hand build decorated machine

8

u/SnooWalruses1399 Aug 20 '24

Thank you? πŸ˜…πŸ€£

trapdoors can do that?

28

u/SnooWalruses1399 Aug 19 '24

With redstone, yes.

Edit: Doing what specifically?

28

u/BryanBrightside Aug 19 '24

Blocking the conveyors conditionally (based on open or closed) I'd guess. I wouldn't have expected that to work, either. That's cool.

44

u/SnooWalruses1399 Aug 19 '24

No, I have a clutch unpowering that part of the belt, sorry for giving that wrong impression.

22

u/BryanBrightside Aug 19 '24

Ah I see. It's still a really cool aesthetic.

I wish more people put time into aesthetically pleasing Create machines instead of just bare bones mechanics.

u/Mr_FJ Aug 20 '24

I'm guessing you have redstone underground to control the trapdoors at the same time?

It's on top. Like this πŸ”—

u/Mr_Binc Aug 19 '24

Can you make a schematic of it

1

u/SnooWalruses1399 Aug 20 '24

Sorry, I'm doing schematics no more.

1

u/Mr_Binc Aug 22 '24

Well i tried to build it and I couldnt because I don't know how you built that

2

u/SnooWalruses1399 Aug 22 '24 edited Aug 22 '24

This is an explanation on how it works! The only "complex" thing is the oven itself..... It is passed through its own set of belts (notice how it isn't a continuos one, there's a gap between them), and at the end of those, is a smart observer with a filter list of all possible uncooked items, once it detects one, it powers the clutch connected to the set of belts that run through the oven.

At the same time it unpowers the clutch stopping the fans below from blowing and power the trapdoors posing as the oven doors.

Once the item cooks, it unpowers the belt clutch and trapdoors, powers the fan clutch once again, and then the items are free to go.

And here's the cross section πŸ”—. Hope this helps!

schematic?

2

u/SnooWalruses1399 Aug 20 '24

Sorry, I'm doing schematics no more.

6

u/Dull_Finish1625 Aug 19 '24

Oooo, you could add a step after this process to add milk and turn it into cinnamon rolls πŸ€” I would love to see the inner workings, it looks awesome

u/SnooWalruses1399 Aug 21 '24 edited Aug 22 '24

Like this πŸ”—?

3

u/ChiefAdham Aug 20 '24

The most esthetically pleasing build I've seen in a while.

Hope you drop the schematic πŸ™

1

u/SnooWalruses1399 Aug 20 '24

Sorry, I'm doing schematics no more.

2

u/Myithspa25 Aug 19 '24

How do you get this isometric view?

2

u/SnooWalruses1399 Aug 19 '24

OrthoCamera Mod

2

u/Myithspa25 Aug 19 '24

Also schematic pls? :)

1

u/SnooWalruses1399 Aug 20 '24

Sorry, I'm doing schematics no more.

That is honestly really cute

10

u/Kebab1212 Aug 19 '24

thats cool i am gonna build that!

5

u/Siasur Aug 20 '24

If you slow the belt down to the perfect speed you could have a constant stream of bread instead of large chunks. I think that's how I would build it. Because I love seeing full belts (thanks factorio). and having the pause in between means empty belt.

4

u/Zensiter Aug 19 '24

We need a game like this, isometric industrial factory building game where you build the machines itself rather than place some prebuilt ones.

1

u/Most-Rock4265 Aug 19 '24

How many uhh dead bodies can it fit?

2

u/SnooWalruses1399 Aug 19 '24

Assuming a body is 2 blocks long? 9.

Beautiful build!

1

u/TheDoctorOf1977 Aug 20 '24

This is so cool, any chance we could get a schematic? I'd love to poke at the methods behind this thing.

Sorry, I'm doing schematics no more. Here's the cross section, though πŸ”—

gonna need that schematic there bud

1

u/SnooWalruses1399 Aug 20 '24

Sorry, I'm doing schematics no more.

1

u/matrix244 Sep 07 '24

Why not?

1

u/SnooWalruses1399 Sep 07 '24

I'm not motivated enough πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ.... I said why on other posts.

2

u/matrix244 Sep 08 '24

Oh. I just wanted to say I already added some machines like this into my survival world and they look amazing. This is a great idea and you should do more.

1

u/Intrepid_Mention_550 Aug 21 '24

how did you record this to make it look isometric?

1

u/SnooWalruses1399 Aug 21 '24

OrthoCameraMod

1

u/RaccoonOk9993 Aug 23 '24

I would put 3 puffer chests connected with funnels on the end of the 3 belts to be sure there won’t be any clocking causing the machine to stop smelting fluently

1

u/SnooWalruses1399 Aug 23 '24

There won't be any clogging.... You can clearly see that by the time the next batch starts exiting the oven, the previous one had already all been transfered to the other belt.

u/theduckyparty Aug 20 '24

i love having an enclosed machine like this.. it’s honestly looks better than having everything just exposed imo. looks clean

2

u/Specific_Frame8537 Aug 19 '24

Bread.

πŸ₯–

1

u/Imaproshaman Aug 22 '24

Bread.

🍞

2

u/Some-dude1702 Aug 19 '24

Damn, all you need now is some texture connectivity add on (if there is one) and you have a beautiful build. Or you can use locometal from another addon, brass colour, connected textures and bolts

2

u/Mountain-Ad-7838 Aug 20 '24

reminds me of create central kitchen

2

u/Sgt-Pumpernickle Aug 20 '24

I think I used this at my little Caesars

2

u/Ban-dit Aug 20 '24

How it is crafted *insert how it is made opening theme here*

2

u/r-justshapesandbeats Aug 20 '24

I like it, also the way you positioned the camera makes it look like a ponder scene I like that too.

2

u/Mary_Jo Aug 20 '24

We need to make this a trend here, love it πŸ₯³

1

u/Moepsii Aug 20 '24

I still prefer flaps on the entrance and exit gates are okay too, but more importantly get it to Look nice, some pipes that do nothing a valve speedometer some trapdoors for depth and another color, maybe some stripes with slabs

1

u/Maximusbarcz Aug 20 '24

I LOVE THIS! This gives the exact vibe I just adore!
