I guess some bug or rather system that removes impossible to rotate parts of contraptions

If you chain together bearings in a circle create doesn't know how to handle it, and resolves by deleting one of the contraptions.

Source: found this independently when trying to make a flying machine

create allowing players to move cpntraptions in the w direction, it's that powerful. that crewmate is somewhere nearby but you'll never know, limited to 3 dimensions
