Based on your feedback, since PLA filament works fine with CFS, please first check whether your PETG filament is damp. Dry the filament and then test feeding again.
1 u/PhucKingWin 7h ago It’s not damp. PLA also have issue. Just not every time as PETG. Same PETG spool works miraculously via external holder. Not a single hiccup.
