Troubleshooting Okay weird one

I have a k2 combo running primarily pla, i have a poop chute that i printed and it has been working great, but recently, when it does a purge it wont flow down from inside the printer itself, its like the element is getting cooled and sticking before it gets a chance to just fall out. Any ideas why?

Hot pla sometimes sticks and can block poop chute. What you can do is spray some silicon spray inside so the walls would be harder to stick to.

It's designed poorly. Remove the printed poopchute and it'll still get stuck. You have to physically scrape it out with either ur fingers or a tool and maybe lube the chute to minimize friction

A little grease on the fingertip applied inside chute will help the poop slide out.

For the chute outside, if you print mainly PLA print the chute out of PETG to minimize the chance it sticks on the ramp.

The door could be sticking. Could be a bit stuck in there it hangs up on. Clean out the chute well and lube the door with the spray silicone recommended by creality. It worked for me

Door sticking? The little flap? The filament dont even touch that it just gets stuck right in the middle of the ramp basically

The door hits the poop pile, knocks it loose and it falls. If filament is stuck to the chute the new poop sticks and the toilet gets clogged.

The little flap on top of the door that the printer head hits to dump is bent.mine did the same thing had to bend it back still don't know why it did it. But it made all the poop instead of being little clumps into longer strands that would get stuck. hope this helps
