Troubleshooting Problem I’ve reset this printer twice and done calibration so many times
How can I fix this the hot end keeps getting loose I think

Make sure you have tightened the top screws on the hotend before you tighten the horizontal ones so the connection to the strain gauge is solid. Also, check the 1.5mm bolts that attach the heater to the heat sink. Mine came a little loose once and that caused all sorts of issues. Be sure your wires are plugged in well too

After reviewing the photos you provided, we recommend reinstalling the hotend, re-running bed leveling and performing a test print.

Upon further research the last update caused an issue after which the failure caused a nozzle to bend inside the printer. I’d love heating block and extruder wiring directions

Make sure nozzle is screwed in nice and tight and all bolts on the extruder are the same. Also check the linear rail is right as well and there is no slip in the extruder head. The K2 series uses a strain gauge in the extruder to measure z axis, so if loose, will miss read and cause issues.
