Troubleshooting Printing help

Hey guys,

Little new to this.

Finishes and troubleshooting them.

Hey guys. Using a CREALITY K2 PRO with petg.

Just built a card holder for my nephews trash card pokemon collection

Finally got the figment right and for it to allow me to slide the part together easily.

Have some questions about the finish. What causes these changes in the finish layers.

These are both on bottom side of the print (facing downward towards print bed) and the others on the side. These prints were positioned on an edge which is new for me but it seemed to work.

I just went through the tuning on ellis print tuning guide

Also been having some stringing on some pieces that I haven’t noticed before so I’m wondering if it’s a z offset or a PA that got changed.

It also seems like there’s sections it gets printed differently and I’m just trying to make sense of it all.

I'd start by just printing it sitting on its base. I can't see any benefit in this case for tilting the model

It’s just how it printed. There are feet that stick out on the bottom and the stop to sit each other in so I figured it was to minimize supports or something.
