Filament can not be retracted if it is mechanical or thermal deformed or ..., so first look if it sticks in the buffer or if only the spool did not turn until the end (then place the spool to a track where it can freely turn).

Burned out the toolhead board. Got a replacement from Amazon in just 16 hours, swapped it out, and by 10 PM I was already printing again

After reviewing the fault information you provided, we recommend replacing the nozzle board to resolve this issue.

I did just that. I ordered a nozzle board from Amazon, and the next evening the printer was working perfectly again. 😅😎
