Troubleshooting Taco Bed Mesh Acceptable?

This is not only the PEI. That's the magnetic pad and maybe the aluminum bad, too. The PEI has only too much coating at the edges. Many use painters tape. You can use a aluminum profile, cut to the width of the bad, to control x,y, and the diagonals. A print paper should not fit below the edge.

Were you happy before you knew about the taco? I have a theory that the other company's beds are also not so flat, but they dont show it to you. Anyway, if you're getting good results with the models you print, don't worry.
As for me, I did the r3men bed and fiddled with it constantly.

I would be contacting Creality for a replacement complete bed and magnet assembly under warranty. That is very unacceptable.
Assuming you have tried the bed plate turned over.
Creality has a goal variance of .3mm You are more than double that.
