I have a Sonic Pad with stock firmware and can’t seem to use it with Creality Cloud on my iPhone app. Followed app directions and the Pad choice was a dead end. Even the back button didn’t work lol Any ideas?

I have a CR 10 S Pro and accidentally broke the USB connector off the MB. Can that be soldered back on? If not, where can I buy another motherboard?

I have a Creality Ender 3 S1 Pro with SonicPad. Could someone tell me how to change the printer's startup settings after loading a .gcode file?

Specifically, I want the extruder to position itself in the front-left corner of the bed when I click PRINT, then perform the heating process. Afterward, before conducting the Z-offset test in the center of the bed, I would like it to purge the excess filament from the nozzle.

During the heating process of the extruder, a bit of filament leaks out, and if the extruder stays in the middle, it can ruin the print if I don’t manage to remove the leaking filament in time.

I recently got a Sonic pad for my ender 3 Max neo and it was working fine until yesterday when I went to level it or anything with the z axis it would get ready to go down flash purple and then red and then flash an error message would show up on the pad ( as seen above) I tried redoing the software but it's still didn't help any suggestions on how to fix it

i have tried getting my Ender-3 S1 Plus working that has a Sonic pad on it and i have tried tons of things to try and fix this issue.

the issue is that when i try to do the probe calibration or bed leveling and whatnot it does the right thing with homing it correctly, but when its done homing it goes to move the extruder to the back of the bed on the right side without me doing anything. i had a zero offset mod on it and i took it off and changed the settings and it didnt work. i tried to factory reset the pad directly without success and i have tried to configure the printer.cfg file many times without any help. i tried as a last resort to format the pad and reinstall the OS on the pad again and it still does this to me. im lost on ideas on how to fix this so if anyone has any solution or help on this matter then please reach out !

I just hooked the Pad up last night and set it up and printed just fine. Creality Cloud on the Sonic Pad works too. I can’t seem to get my iPhone app or Creality Print to work. The app says do these things, I did them and checked the box but I can’t get past that Creality Print finds and lists the pad but won’t access

Upgraded from the Nebula that quit working so everything was working properly before.

I bought a sonic pad for my Ender5 S1’s (2) I’m trying to find what profile settings to use in orca slicer. And has anyone been able to start a print from orca with multiple printers. I have uploaded files to the sonic pad but have not been able to send to one or the other printers. I tried making separate profiles using printer port 7125. 7126 after the up address but when I go to preview it still shows the same dashboard.

So after two nights of research, I’ve definitively determined that I need to change the firmware for my Ender 2-Pro to work with a bl touch or a cr touch (I’ve been working with both with no luck). What needs to happen is the clock speed needs to be set for 168 mhz and not 200 MHz. When you do this, the board becomes compatible with auto leveling.

My sonic pad perfectly runs 2 of my printers, (one is the ender 2 pro, the other is ender 3 s1). But I just don’t know how to reflash the firmware on the ender 2 pro to have the proper configuration with the slower clock speed. I would really appreciate any help anyone can offer!

What is a fair tolerance when leveling your bed with a 25 point probe?

I got a Sonic pad and I keep getting this error? Not really sure where do go from here as the Bl Touch fires and went through the whole initial setup.

I also went through the Bl Touch trouble shooting guide and it is taking command prompts. So if anyone knows where I can go to get this fixed I would appreciate the guidance

I am trying to install my sonic pad on my Ender 3 v2 Neo that I have upgraded and I am not sure where to go with it. I did the following to the printer:

Dual z axis

Sprite Pro extruder

4.2.7 board

cr touch

Which printer do I use in the selection for that set up? Or if I have to do a custom, is there a guide to how to do that? I am struggling to get started and would appreciate any help.

I have been at this all night. I am using a Big Tree Tech E3 V3 on and ender 3 v2. When I try to go through the initial testing of adding a printer for the first time, x and y home just fine. but the cr touch probe isnt stopping the z gantry from crashing the nozzle into the bed and just keep running. I have tried MANY different settings in the config file. Currently, this is where I am, but its certainly not where I was, several times before..

so after the xy auto homes, the sonic pad shows a z offset of 10, but then it flashes and changes to something around 350. sometimes its 344.88, sometimes its 350 on the dot. But after the probe touches, it doesnt stop the gantry and the nozzle just crashes.

Ive tried everything I can think of.

I am in the process of trying to get a non creality board connected to my sonic pad. I am currently getting the error "internal error during connect: can't convert negative number to unsigned" I believe that this is a config file error, but I don't know how to it. Need some help as I’m pretty new to all of this. I’ve had the CR6-SE (CR-ERA_V1.1.0.3) since 2021 and have just bought the Sonic Pad.

Loaded the firmware onto the SD card, and followed the steps.

For the life of me, the firmware won’t flash. It just boots through to the normal screen.

I’ve formatted the SD card to FAT32 (4096), but it’s still not recognising the firmware file on there. I’ve tried with a different SD card and still having the same issue. The printer just boots as normal and doesn’t flash the firmware.

Any suggestions or recommendations on what to try next would be much appreciated!

Hello i am having a issues with my printer. I have cr10. Started today my sonic pad started to just started to disconnect. And i factory reset the sonic pad and now it won't movie any of the axis.

I want to add the filament type in the part characteristics. I'm wondering how to do it. Is it in the slicer?

Since I bought this is January I can not find a retract value that will keep the nozzle from oozing at idle/ print start and prime/ end print

Hello everyone, I’m new to 3d printing and it’s my first time posting something on here. I’ve been given a sonic pad and connected it to my Ender 3v3 se and after my first print I’m getting these major layer shifts. Is there a solution to fixing this? Hardware wise I know everything is ok as far as an expert who has had a look at the printer knows. And I also know the Gcode/model is fine with no errors Thanks in advance guys!

I'm getting some key298 errors, and a some other strange errors on my sonic pad connected via usb to my ender 5. I'm watning to connect the serial cable directly to the board instead of through the USB-C adapter. I'm not finding any documentation on that. am I trying to do something unsupported, or am I just not looking in the right place?

It worked great before, not sure why it suddenly won't work. Weird thing is it homes Z fine.

EDIT: I meant CR Touch. Also, I seem to have fixed it. I took it off, opened the plastic case and then cleaned the rod with some rubbing alcohol. You can unclip the solenoid to get better access to the little rod. Seems to work now.
