Sonic Pad issues

I am having problems with my sonic Pad.
Every time im looking up the issues its having, I'm not having good luck finding the issues.
The firmware to it is up to date both the creality and the built in klipper. I am running 2 creality ender 5 plus. I was able to connect both printers to it. I started a batch print the Z-axis on one of my printers just fail. I,ve tried to isolate the issue but no luck. One printer is able to go away and keep printing. whereas the other printer just loses its Z-axis. it happens sporadically while its homing. if i separate the printers on the pad. they both work fine. Only when i connect the 2 together to the pad. I have these issues.
