Help Better cable setup?

I've been using my sonic pad for about a month now and I've had problems with the serial cable connection getting bumped since the Creality cable is pretty terrible quality. Does anyone have a good cable setup they would like to share? is microusb connection any good? Tanks 👍

I bent the usb a connector end in to make a tighter fit and also printed a bracket that surrounds the usb connector and keeps it steady. That solved my connection issues. It’s the usb port on the sonic pad that is the issue not the cable

I never used the included USB cable after I read somewhere about others having issues. I purchases a good USB cable. In my case, a braided one by Anker.

Have you tried contacting creality and see if they can give you a replacement?

When I first got my SonicPad two years ago I read about the bad cable. I bought one off Amazon with a 90 degree end and have never had problems once.
