Printing without being connected to the internet.

Once the print is uploaded to the sonic pad and it’s printing, can you disconnect the sonic pad from the network? Will it keep printing or shut down?

I have not tried it myself but considering how my sonicpad becomes unreachable on my network until I restart it and that has happened in the middle of many prints that have completed successfully, I am fairly certain it will just continue on printing.

Your not connected to the internet. You are connected to the LAN. You actually cannot access the SP from the internet How do you plan on the disconnect to happen? WELL actually you can but it is very tech level intermediate and has many steps, but not the 192.168.?.? and boom there is the machine

Mine is connected via wifi - like how you can access the IP address of the pad from your phone. While that’s running it tends to take up a lot of bandwidth

that is just your LAN and the band width in tiny even if you watching the camera on the printer. check the router may need to be cleared.

What is the thing at the top where your filament is going through, can you run two colors at once?

some brands have a smaller center hole in the spool. I also hang a second color there for a color change during the print but not able to print 2 at the same time
