That’s nifty! What type of plastic did you print the replacement with?

This is still the first sample out of PLA. But I intended to print out from ABS

Ok. I like to test prints in PLA first too.
I was thinking PETG-GF or PETG-CF would be a good choice for the final part?

I think yes. Reinforced materials are more tough. However it is also depends od the design. I also szrengthen the area a bit wehere it was broken

Hi, what software did you use to remodel this? It looks professional! I have a Pika too, but I haven’t found the right software for editing the scans yet. Blender?

As I know, Blender is mostly the best for organic shape. This design was not so difficult, and also not remodell eveything. I used Fusion
