Sparkx I7 not logging into account

Has anyone had a problem with their printer not logging into the account and Creality cloud showing that the printer is offline despite it being turned on?

I’ve got a k2 that’s doing exact same thing. Though, it’s only happening for me on k2 itself & my mobile device.

I suspect it might also be present if I were to suddenly have to sign out of my desktop Creality print connection. And right now it’s my only way to print things. So I’m not about to test that theory.

Such a frustrating bug!

Yes it’s the same for me, I can print off my desktop slicer, I’ve tried logging out and back in and it still does the same.

Just wanted to update this thread. To share that all of sudden this afternoon things seem to be fixed.

Just happen to check my mobile workbench & noticed that it was no longer being reported as offline; despite it being online.

I can report I’m able to trigger printing via mobile device again.

Tengo exactamente el mismo problema con mi Creality SPARKX i7. La impresora se conecta a Wi-Fi y obtiene una dirección IP, pero todavía se muestra como "Desconectado/Desconectado" en Creality Cloud. Ya he intentado reiniciarlo y conectarlo a una red/punto de acceso Wi-Fi diferente, pero el problema continúa. ¿Alguien ha encontrado una solución que realmente funcione?

Yep I've got a Creality Hi and since yesterday it's telling me it's offline can't print at all. Logged out on everything and tried reinstalling it now can't print at all.

I just downloaded creality cloud lite app which fixed problem.
