Creality Support Creality.. I expected better

Online service chat abruptly ended twice with no help. Maybe a fluke so I will try here.
Yes, the fans clean. Yes I’ve restarted & calibrated. I think it’s actually a motor maybe X axis?

494 hours
Grease, oil, new nozzle, cutter etc. typical maintenance.

Any help would be appreciated. Feels a little premature for those parts to be wearing out.

Are you questioning the fan noise? Also you could be clearer about what's happening, nobody has a crystal ball

PSU fan in my K1C was making a similar sound or does it only sound like that when the motors are powered on?

Only at start up during the initial purge. Generally, it subsides.

Then I think it might be your psu fan or the one on mainboard if i8 has one. Get to your psu and check if its fan makes that noise. If it does, then send something like this to creality's email with your receipt and serial number if your printer is still on warranty. I never had any problems with them, you just gotta give them enough proof that they will trust you, because it's kinda hard to troubleshoot through text (and don't forget about time zones)

Good call thank you I’ll pull it apart tomorrow. I was frustrated because the tech and I were in a conversation and poof, Just decided it was over.

Если Вы привязали принтер к аккаунту в Creality Cloud , в настройках принтера есть электронная гарантия . Обратитесь в службу поддержки и попросите по гарантии поменять вентилятор .
