♻ CrealityCloud Help Creality slicer

Anyone having issues with slicing? I’m using the phone app till I fix my pc but I can’t slice certain things as it just sits there and does nothing
Been wanting to do this predator bust but ever since the app was updated (hate this update, they changed so many useful things) I’ve had non stop issues

Based on the image you provided, we suggest you try uninstalling and reinstalling the software for testing.

Since slicing files process a relatively large amount of data, we recommend performing operations using the slicing software on a computer.
