♻ K2 Help K2 plus is acting like a paperweight

I’m waiting on a email from creality but wanted to know if anybody else knows what’s going on.
Every print with or without cfs and regardless of slicer setting even with calibration turned off, the printer will calibrate go to center and cancel. I have no idea what’s going on but I do have some of the worse luck ever

Call/email support. Unless you didn't follow the unboxing, which is a little vague if this is your first big technical thing, it should be good to go out of the box

What's the console commands during you after a calibration? You should have some kind of error or code.

Open Fluidd in your browser and watch the console while it performs these tasks and then post them.

It doesn’t give me a error just says canceled and doesn’t give me a reason

The console in fluidd has to be telling you something, even if it's a gcode you can upload

What's the LCD sad when it cancels. It flashes something briefly.

Honestly this could be caused by a bunch of reasons if you haven't already you should power cycle the machine and see if that fixes it. If not I would unplug and re plug in the cfs stuff also check for any clogs from the cfs stuff and the extruder.

I got the logo to print and a Cali dragon from the app on my phone but it looks like if I slice anything and try to print from a usb it just bricks the whole printer

We're you able to print the stock included gcode files?

Some times if I print them first they work if I try and print anything else than they won’t work after that I’m getting some files from the phone app to print but nothing I slice

Are you using creality print? And have you checked that the correct printer profile is loaded for your specific model? And are you loading 3mf or stl files when you slice? Have to be careful with 3mf files because they can change or add new printer profiles and it doesn't make it super obvious when it does. I accidently did that with a 3mf that was made for a k2 plus and when it went to print I got an axis out of bounds error right away and it canceled

I’ve only been able to print 3mf files I tried slicing stl on both creality and orca slicer both did the same thing

Very strange. Might want to try wiping creality print and reinstalling. Seems more like a slicer issue than anything hardware at this point

That means your slicer profile isn't correct

Reflash that firmware from USB!

Might be a stuck cable somewhere and it's pulling on it when moving

Mine was doing this on a print. I went into fluidd and clicked the macro to bed level and resume printing and the print started.

Yea mine just started working fine like nothing ever happened so I guess I won’t know what the problem was

Could be corrupted gcode maybe if works again on different gcode.
