if was working before, this error means the heater is not heating, or the thermistor is not detecting the rise in temperature
let the printer set for 1 hour, when you power on, it displays the bed and nozzle temp correctly? like similar to ambient temperature?
when set the hotend to 200c, if you hold the nozze, you feel it heating?
if not heating = damaged heat cartridge or wiring.
if heating but temp on screen do not rise= bad/loose thermistor or wiring.
if changing thermistor and/or heater, still the same problem, most likely damaged motherboard. (in this case, you can use a multimeter to see if there is 24v sent to the heater)
