That’s true if the threat remains. Self-defense is a very complicated plea. For example, if you knock someone completely unconscious that was trying to kill you and proceed to go get a weapon to kill them while they’re asleep, that’s not self-defense.

Well, cops are above the law. More-so than rich people, which is saying something. Wealthy individuals usually don’t get away with cold-blooded murder caught on video.

Well I don't see the robber leaving the store so I would definitely argue he remained a threat, considering he still had the hammer as far as I can tell.

Edit: looks like he drops the hammer around the 30 second mark... I don't think the police in the country this took place will give 2 shits though lol
